About Us

Dolores' NM Chili Products, LLC, is a new company started by Dolores Baca and
her daughter Anna Silva. Dolores’ first company in 2004 was A 2 Sister Company
which distributed Mexican foods in Albuquerque, NM. She ran the business with
her sister Loretta Huerta. After strong encouragement from family and friends,
Dolores began to have her delicious salsa produced in Albuquerque. Her three
daughters each had a favorite flavor and heat factor. Each of her designer salsas
were tested in the family kitchen and when the recipe was ready it was then mass
produced.

Dolores' Salsa traces back three generations of Mexican family cuisine. The second
of fourteen children, Dolores is the daughter of Jerry and Mary Martinez of Roswell,
NM. One taste of this delicious salsa and you are addicted. You will feel like you
are back in Mama's kitchen filled with the enticing aroma of fresh tortillas and
delicious chile, mama offers you a plate and says “Pansa Llena, Corozon Contento!"
which loosely translates to stomach full - happy heart.

The label on Dolores Salsa features the ranch in Hondo NM., where Dolores mother
was raised. The adobe house in the picture resembles the house which her father
built when he was raising his young children. The woman holding the vegetables is
a tribute to both of Dolores grandmothers. There is a watermark of a cottonwood
tree which still stands at the family home outside of Roswell, NM. Dolores parents
